Or is just the season? Today at lunch I first observed the Polka Dot man in Sproul Plaza...with a colorful costume bearing the message: Mean Green. Then, outside UCPD, I saw the Hate Man relaxing on a bench. And by Dwinelle, the usual Tuesday appearance by Stony Burke.

Fortunately my spring buzz wasn't abraded by the tuneless raspings of Rick Starr.
